UKPNP made this call to Pakistan

Speaking at a demonstration hosted by Pakistan Oppressed Nations at 10 Downing Street in London, Kashif Ahmed Abbasi, the Press and Media Coordinator for the United Kashmir People’s National Party (UKPNP) UK Chapter, expressed his strong support for those opposing the continued oppression and violations of human rights in Pakistan-occupied areas.

Abbasi emphasized how important it is for oppressed countries to stand together.

“It is crucial that all oppressed countries unite against oppression and violence,” he said. Everyone struggling for freedom and fundamental human rights is welcome. I want to start by saying hello to everyone here and thanking those who are defending their loved ones, brothers, and sisters. We have long discussed justice, world peace, and our liberties.

Unfortunately, we have lost our liberties and rights due to some deep-state forces,” he stated.

Abbasi insisted that the UK cooperate with Pakistan in order to assist in the release of political prisoners there.

“They have taken away our freedoms,” he stated. Freedom-seekers have been silenced. We are presenting a memorandum outside 10 Downing Street today, calling on the UK government to cooperate with Pakistan in order to free all political prisoners right now. I demand this action as a resident of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir and as a representative of the Kashmiri people.

“Unwavering support and solidarity with marginalized nations and communities fighting for their rights and the right to self-determination,” Abbasi said in a statement issued on behalf of the UKPNP. He called on the world community—particularly the United Kingdom—to actively exert pressure on Pakistan to respect human rights, put a stop to enforced disappearances, and adhere to international norms and commitments.

“I want to convey to all of you that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are an oppressed nation,” Abbasi said in closing. However, they are not independent. We support you in defending your rights and freedom. And we, the United Kashmir People’s National Party, stand with you and for justice wherever injustice occurs in the globe.”

The incident raised awareness of the hardships faced by several oppressed countries and demanded immediate international action to guarantee justice and responsibility.
