UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed meets French Minister of Armed Forces as part of working visit to Paris
Paris: As part of the UAE Top Diplomat’s working visit to Paris, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with French Minister of the Armed Forces Sebastien Lecornu.

The national anthems of the French Republic and the United Arab Emirates were played at Sheikh Abdullah’s formal welcoming ceremony at the French Ministry of Armed Forces, and a guard of honor was formed to greet him.
When Sheikh Abdullah and Minister Sebastien Lecornu met together after the formal welcome, they spoke about the two nations’ strategic alliances and defense-related collaboration.
A number of regional and global problems of mutual concern were also examined and discussed by the two ministers.
Omar Saif Ghobash, advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and UAE non-resident ambassador to the Vatican; Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State; Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Assistant Minister for Economic and Trade Affairs; and Fahad Saeed Al Raqbani attended the meeting.
