South Korean Jun Hyun-moo apologizes for recent drunken livestream with singer BoA
South Korean: On Tuesday night, April 8, South Korean artist Jun Hyun-moo apologised on his Instagram page for his recent intoxicated broadcast with singer BoA.
The two celebrities were seen flirting with one another while intoxicated on the Saturday night broadcast, with BoA telling Jun, “I like you,” and making physical contact.

Jun, however, said that she “looked so pretty” to BoA.
Since then, the livestream has drawn criticism, mostly because of remarks made by BoA against well-known South Korean comedian Park Na-rae, who co-stars with Jun on the variety show I Live Alone.
In response to remarks implying that Park and Jun were dating, BoA seemed to object, saying that Jun “was too good” for Park.
“Are you sure you’re okay saying this?” Jun enquired, surprised. This is in real time.
“It doesn’t matter,” the BoA then said.
BoA issued an apology on Monday night in response to the criticism of her remarks.
“I want to express my heartfelt regret to everyone who was made to feel uneasy by my thoughtless remarks, reckless attitude, and immature demeanour during the live broadcast on April 5. I would want to start by apologising to Park Na-rae for making offensive comments about her while she was away, and I appreciate her understanding.”
“I will strive to be more mindful of the weight that even a single word or action can carry and to show a more mature side of myself going forward,” she said.
According to Jun’s statement, he apologised to Park Na-rae “immediately after the broadcast”.
“I would like to once again say I’m sorry and thank Na-rae for her generous understanding, despite what must have been an unpleasant situation,” he stated in his letter.
“It was obviously improper to mention someone on a broadcast when they weren’t there and to go on with the live show while drunk. I want to express my heartfelt regret to everyone who was inconvenienced by this occurrence.
“I’ll be more thoughtful and compassionate, especially with people I care about.” I’ll think carefully about what I did,” he continued.
Park Na-rae has not yet responded to the remarks in public.
Her home was broken into, according to reports on Tuesday, and “valuables worth tens of millions of won” were taken. Since then, an inquiry has been started by the Yongsan Police Station.
Park cancelled her appearance on a radio broadcast because of the incident.
