Pakistan felt two earthquakes in a single day
Multan: The National Centre of Seismology (NCS) reports that late Monday night, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 rocked Pakistan.
The earthquake occurred on November 25 around 10:45 PM Indian Standard Time (IST), according to data provided by the National Centre of Seismology.
According to the NCS, the earthquake happened 297 kilometers below the surface, with coordinates of latitude 30.19 N and longitude 71.24 E.
The National Centre for Seismology also posted the information on X.
Another earthquake near Pakistan’s Islamabad was detected earlier on Monday.
The National Centre of Seismology reports that the 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck around 1:12 PM (afternoon).
It was seen in longitude 72.69 E and latitude 33.52 N. The depth of the earthquake was 146 kilometers.
According to the National Centre of Seismology, Pakistan has experienced five earthquakes in the last 30 days.
