Hours after he said, “The Zionist regime made a mistake,” threatening to retaliate for the recent Israeli attack on Iran, the account was suspended. It made a mistake in its estimates about Iran. We will make it realize the power, capability, initiative, and will of the Iranian people.

Following Israel’s Saturday airstrikes on Iranian military sites, Khamenei allowed the account to publish in Hebrew, an Israeli language. According to current information, the @Khamenei_Heb account has been suspended for breaking X’s policies.

Khamenei’s primary X account is active, posting mostly in English and often in Hebrew. ‘Khamenei Media’ is another Twitter account that shares his thoughts, which his primary account often retweets.

Four Iranian troops were killed by Israeli airstrikes on Saturday that targeted military installations in Tehran and the surrounding territories. Iran just launched a volley of missiles into Israel earlier this month, prompting this move.

Iranian officials first made an effort to downplay the event by claiming that there was little damage. On Sunday, however, Khamenei insisted that the occasion shouldn’t be minimized. Iranian leaders should decide how to effectively show Israel Iran’s might, he added.

According to Iranian media, Khamenei said that “the evil committed by the Zionist regime (Israel) two nights ago should neither be downplayed nor exaggerated”.

Additionally, he tweeted, “Zionists are misjudging Iran. Iran is unknown to them. The strength, initiative, and will of the Iranian people remain beyond their accurate comprehension. We must help them comprehend these concepts.
