Israel: GSS releases a document containing key sections from its investigation into the October 7 security failures
Tel Aviv: Israel’s anti-terror General Security Service (GSS) published a dossier on Tuesday evening that included key findings from its investigation into the security lapses surrounding the terrorist slaughter on October 7.

“There is a restriction on its full disclosure because the majority of the investigation involves classified intelligence materials, tools, and methods of operation,” the GSS noted.
Because of the “magnitude of the disaster,” the group said, “we see great importance in reflecting the main findings to the public.”
The organization thus made the decision to release portions of the study in a manner that it believes would provide “as balanced and complete a picture as possible, without compromising matters that must be kept secret for reasons of national security.”
