Israel Defense Forces plan to demolish home of Palestinian terrorist

Israel: The house of a Palestinian terrorist who murdered an Israeli soldier at a checkpoint outside Jerusalem last year was rebuilt after being demolished earlier this year, and now the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) want to destroy it again.

IDF troops spent the night in Hebron mapping the residence of terrorist Abdelkader Qawasmeh, one of the terrorists who carried out the November 16, 2023, shooting assault at the Route 60 checkpoint south of Jerusalem. Cpl. Avraham Fetena, a military police officer, was murdered in the assault.

After the home was reconstructed after its last destruction, the mapping was completed before it was demolished.

According to the IDF, the house was planned “ahead of the demolition of the house after it was rebuilt after its previous demolition.”
