Israel Air Force attacks Hezbollah’s weapons depots in Beirut’s Dahieh area

Israeli: According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Israel Air Force fighter planes, led by the IDF’s Intelligence Division, hit Hezbollah’s weapons storage facilities in the Dahieh neighborhood of Beirut on Thursday night.

Every terrorist facility that was targeted was situated in the center of a residential neighborhood.

“This is another example of the cynical exploitation of the terrorist organization Hezbollah of Lebanese citizens, who are used as human shields in the city centres,” the Israeli Defense Forces stated. “This attack is another part of the ongoing effort to damage the infrastructure of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the Beirut area.”

The IDF took many precautions before the strike, including alerting the local community in advance to lessen the possibility of injuring civilians.
