Emir of the State of Kuwait welcomes Humaid Obaid AbuShibs, President of UAEAA
Kuwait City: As part of a UAEAA delegation visit to Kuwait at the State Audit Bureau’s invitation to deepen bilateral ties and share expertise in a range of oversight areas, UAE Accountability Authority (UAEAA) President Humaid Obaid Abushibs met with Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
In a meeting with Esam Salem Al-Roumi, Chief of the State Audit Bureau, and many other high-ranking Kuwaiti officials, the delegation was also met by Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, according to a news release released by the UAEAA today.
The Kuwaiti State Audit Bureau gave a visual briefing on its history, the organizations it oversees, and the monitoring systems and practices it uses throughout the visit.
The UAE team was informed on the main responsibilities and significant accomplishments in the fight against corruption at the Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) during the visit.
