The much-anticipated fourth season of ‘Bridgerton’ has officially begun
‘Bridgerton”s eagerly awaited fourth season has finally begun, and viewers are getting a sneak peek at the old and new characters that will illuminate Regency-era London.
Another milestone in the Netflix series’ development was reached when the ensemble got together for a table read while shooting was still in full force.
Behind-the-scenes pictures of the actors, both new and returning, from their table read were posted on ‘Bridgerton’s official Instagram account as a seasonal gift for fans.
As a Christmas present to ‘Bridgerton’ fans, the image was shared with the comment, “Rejoice for it is the season of joy and merriment!”
Fans were given a preview of the filming process by the pictures, which featured cast members in relaxed clothes, stepping away from their historical costumes.
According to Deadline, the table read was the cast’s first formal reunion since the movie’s September start at Shepperton Studios in the UK.

Fans were given a first glimpse of the relationship between Benedict Bridgerton (played by Luke Thompson) and his love interest, Sophie Baek (played by Yerin Ha), as the show’s attention now shifted to Benedict.
In sharp contrast to their opulent on-screen personalities, the pair, who were presented as the season’s main romance, appeared together for pictures at the occasion.
A number of important returning cast members attended the table read with Thompson and Ha. These featured Hyacinth Bridgerton (Florence Hunt), Francesca Bridgerton (Hannah Dodd), and Ruth Gemmell as Lady Violet Bridgerton.
Fan favorites Lady Portia Featherington (Polly Walker) and Lady Agatha Danbury (Adjoa Andoh) were also in attendance.
According to Deadline, Isabella Wei as Posy Li and Katie Leung as Lady Araminta Gun were among the new cast members this season.
Benedict Bridgerton, the ‘Bridgerton’ family’s bohemian second son, will be the main subject of Season 4. Benedict is still hesitant to get married, even though he has seen his elder and younger siblings get married successfully.
His whole world, however, shifts when he meets the enigmatic Lady in Silver at his mother’s masquerade party, beginning an intriguing affair.
