The 24-year-old male psychology student in a college in Bangalore, died just weeks back in Kerala from the Nipah virus. He had returned to Wandoor in the Malappuram district on August 23 to seek medical help for the many wounds he had incurred on his leg as per the local panchayat and the health department officials.
