Sunny Kaushal expresses his excitement for IFFI 2024

Sunny Kaushal, an actor, went to Goa for the 55th International Film Festival of India.

Sunny told ANI that he is both anxious and thrilled to be performing at the inauguration event.

He said, “I am feeling absolutely amazing since I have a huge chance to play at the 55th edition of the IFFI. I am thus both anxious and thrilled for the performance. Wish me luck, please.

Khushboo Sundar also made it to Goa and was present for the IFFI 2024 opening ceremony.

“I think it’s a brilliant idea which was brought here a few years ago because you can’t keep having different places for one festival,” she told reporters. Therefore, it is crucial that we have a single location that discusses India’s most popular holiday.

Sanya Malhotra was also seen, displaying her enthusiasm for IFFI.

“The first reason I am so happy is because on November 22, my movie “Mrs.” will have its Asian debut. This movie has a special place in my heart, and it has received widespread appreciation. Sanya expressed her happiness at his Asia debut.

“I’m performing with Sunny Kaushal tonight as well,” she said. Thus, I am also looking forward to my performance.

Sanya also discussed the significance of this celebration. She said, “I think it is very important as we are recognised by our films and i loved about this festival is celebrating Indian Cinema.”

Actor Ishaan Khatter spoke about his IFFI 20424 experience. He told the media about his experiences with IFFI.

“I used to be a student representative for this festival,” he remarked. I saw five movies a day for ten days here. Watching these films taught me a lot. This is where my first film, “On the Clouds,” had its premiere. IFFI has a special place in my heart.

Additionally, Aimee Baruah spoke with media representatives during the IFFI 2024 opening ceremony.

She said, “Our youth got advantage and I hope our youngsters will come forward and will give us movies that will inspire us.”

More than 180 foreign films from 81 nations will be shown at IFFI 2024, including 109 Indian debuts, 43 Asian premieres, 3 international premieres, and 16 world premieres. This year’s festival is expected to make a lasting impression on viewers thanks to its lineup of well-known titles and award-winning movies from across the world.

Notably, according to Variety, the organizers want to create a comprehensive tribute program to commemorate the 100th birthdays of four Indian cinema icons: singer Mohammed Rafi, Telugu film star Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR), director Tapan Sinha, and actor-filmmaker Raj Kapoor.

Up till November 28, Goa is hosting the 55th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
