Special Executive Magistrate MS Khan said, ‘The protesters will have to leave the protest site’
Patna: Renowned educator and YouTuber Faizal Khan was arrested on Friday after joining the student demonstrators in Patna’s Gardanibagh during the ongoing civil service candidates’ protest against the Bihar Public Service Committee (BPSC).
Special Executive Magistrate MS Khan responded to this by stating that he had no idea where Khan Sir was being transported or heading. He went on to say that the demonstrators would have to vacate the protest location.
“I just arrived here. I don’t know… Khan Sir is departing after being imprisoned.Right now, I have no idea where he’s going or being taken. There is no one inside. Special Executive Magistrate MS Khan informed the media that they would have to go from Dharna-sthal.
Following his participation in the BPSC candidates’ protest in Patna’s Gardanibagh, Khan Sir was taken into custody by the police. Regarding exam patterns, the Commission has been the target of protests from civil service applicants.
Students have been demonstrating against the normalization process and the altered exam arrangements. In order to evade the normalization process, the students who are protesting are calling for tests to be administered in “one shift and one paper.”
“There is just one week left. It is really regrettable that we must demonstrate for our demand on Chanakya’s property, and that too only one week before the exams. We would want the BPSC president to state that there will be no normalization and that all students will get the same paper for the exams, which will be administered in a single shift. We have no personal issues with any of the people. Although the procedure may be excellent, the person carrying it out must also be good. Can they guarantee us that? Until normalization is certain to be lifted, we won’t proceed,” Khan told reporters.
They have nothing to do with politics, Khan Sir said, and they would support those who will pay attention to their needs.
“We ask that the police administration recognize that your kids are also enrolled in this school. We instruct them as well. The Constitution is something we believe in. We are not demonstrating in the streets because of this. We arrived at the protest location, Dharna-sthal, to demonstrate in a way that was compliant with the constitution. We’ll see to it that the process of normalization is canceled. We don’t hold BPSC to any standards. The government gives us hope. Politics has nothing to do with us. “Those who listen to our demands will have our support,” Khan said.
“We won’t allow this to occur. It won’t work. One paper, one test, one shift. Students should be granted more time if their time is being squandered. On the day of the test, an extension should be granted. Addressing the students who were protesting, Khan said, “Students’ forms that were rejected because of a discrepancy in the server should be accepted.”
