Sonu Nigam said this on politicians leaving the show early

Sonu Nigam, a singer, has publicly urged Indian politicians not to attend shows if they are unable to remain for the full performance.

His appeal comes in the wake of an incident at Monday’s Rising Rajasthan event when a number of political dignitaries allegedly departed his performance in the middle of it.

He discussed his thoughts on the occurrence in the video, which showed many political leaders, including the Chief Minister (CM) of Rajasthan and other important individuals, leaving his performance midway through.

“Delegates traveled from all over the globe to boost Rajasthan’s prestige. A sports minister, a youth minister, and a CM were present. Many individuals were present. In the gloom, I couldn’t see them all. Sonu gave the background of the incident by saying, “There were a lot of people.”

When the CM and a number of other dignitaries departed the concert early, the singer voiced his surprise.

“I saw that the CM and everyone else departed in the midst of the performance. All of the delegates departed as soon as they did. I would want to ask all politicians: what will the public do if you do not value their artists?

Sonu said, complaining that the artists weren’t treated with any respect.

Nigam, a very well-known personality in Indian music, went into additional detail about how important it is to honor the artist’s time and work. “Please don’t come if you have to go.

Or depart before the performance begins. It is quite insulting to leave during a performance by an artist. Referring to the Hindu goddess of wisdom, music, and the arts, whose reverence he feels is essential to India’s cultural fabric, he said, “This is an insult to Maa Saraswati.”

Sonu addressed the lawmakers directly and politely in his message. “This is not the end of art if you are leaving. If you must leave, I ask that you do so before the performance begins. Avoid sitting. You’re fantastic. There is a lot of work for you. You are in charge of all the duties. It is not worth your time to attend a performance. You need to go early. Thank you. I respectfully ask all of you,” he said.

“A humble request to all the respected Politicians of India, kindly don’t attend any performance of any artist if you have to abruptly leave midway,” he said after sharing the video. This is disrespectful to Maa Sarasvati, artists, and art.

Numerous admirers and business associates expressed their support for the issue raised by Sonu Nigam in the comments section.

“Thank you for bringing this to everyone’s notice…” was written by one admirer.

Another said, “Taking a stand in a courteous, humble, and direct manner.” This is just one of the many reasons I adore you.
