“They claim that the philosophy of the RSS is anti-national, yet you write to them with inquiries. It is evident from this one letter to the RSS that, other than the BJP, the Aam Aadmi Party is the only party with Sanghis,” Dikshit said.

The Congress leader also criticized the AAP’s tactics, pointing to Kejriwal’s earlier remarks on his family’s affiliation with the RSS.

“Why did they send a letter to RSS? You ask someone with a connection to you for an answer. The Congress leader told ANI that Arvind Kejriwal has previously claimed that his father had ties to the RSS.

Kejriwal previously questioned the BJP’s activities in a letter to Mohan Bhagwat, the head of the RSS. He wanted to know whether the RSS thought the BJP was undermining democracy.

Kejriwal asks for an explanation in the letter on a number of matters pertaining to the actions of the BJP and how they affect democracy.

Kejriwal questioned Bhagwat on whether the RSS condones the BJP’s previous wrongdoings. He further queries if RSS backs the BJP’s vote-buying tactics and the habit of BJP officials publicly disbursing funds.

Kejriwal further questioned if the RSS thinks that the widespread reduction of Dalit and Purvanchali votes is appropriate for democracy.

Does the RSS condone any wrongdoing by the BJP in the past? Leaders of the BJP are freely giving out money. Is buying votes supported by the RSS? Votes from Purvanchali and Dalit communities are being drastically reduced. Is this what the RSS believes is best for democracy? Does the RSS not believe that democracy is being undermined by the BJP? In his letter, Kejriwal wrote.

Priyanka Kakkar, the national spokesperson for the AAP, said she hoped the BJP will embrace more health-conscious political tactics this year.

Kakkar also anticipated that in the 20 states where they now hold power, they will implement Arvind Kejriwal’s social programs, such as free water and electricity.

Kakkar told ANI, “I’m hoping the BJP will play a good political game this year as well. Additionally, they will embrace Arvind Kejriwal’s charity programs, including free water and power, in their 20 BJP-ruled states. They would also back us in all public welfare programs and refrain from interfering with our new promises, such as free medical care for older residents and Rs 2100 per month for women.
