Rakhee looked elegant and enthusiastic as she walked the red carpet for her return movie, “Aamar Boss,” at the festival.

Rakhee expressed her enthusiasm about going to IFFI in Goa, saying, “A new city, a new atmosphere.” I also visit Delhi, where I used to be. I arrived here this time, and although it was a bit late, it feels amazing.

‘Aamar Boss’, which is slated for release in December and is directed by the well-known team of Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy, is a moving story of a single mother’s persistent commitment to provide her son a better life despite financial struggle.

Alongside Rakhee, the film also features Pradeepto Ray and Shiboprosad Mukherjee.

In addition, Rakhee, who rose to fame as Durga Singh in the 1995 smash “Karan Arjun,” discussed the re-release of the well-loved classic.

“The young generation will really like it, and even small children will enjoy it a lot,” she said.
With a stellar roster of more than 180 films from 81 countries, the 55th edition of IFFI kicked off on November 20.

There are 109 Indian debuts, 43 Asian premieres, 3 international premieres, and 16 world premieres at this year’s festival.

The festival is also commemorating the centennials of four Indian film icons: musician Mohammed Rafi, Telugu cinema hero Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR), director Tapan Sinha, and actor-director Raj Kapoor.

Cinemagoers are exposed to a rich tapestry of narrative and artistic talent as the festival goes on until November 28.
