Rajiv Thakur from the thriller series IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack recently shared the story of Kapil Sharma coming to his rescue.
Rajiv Thakur, who gained notoriety for portraying a villain in the suspenseful television series IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, recently related a tale of Kapil Sharma saving him. Shooting Anubhav Sinha’s show required schedule difficulties for the actor, who often appears in Kapil’s comedy tours. Rajiv said in an interview with India Today that Kapil changed the dates of his trip to fit in with his Netflix show filming schedule.
Rajiv Thakur disclosed how Kapil Sharma helped him organize his schedule for filming IC 814.
Rajiv Thakur thanks Kapil Sharma for his assistance.
“It’s all thanks to Kapil that I managed to do the show,” Rajiv said, expressing how much Kapil and his friends enjoyed it. My dates were already booked with him for our America tour when the series team inquired for them in June of last year. For this reason, I chose to decline; nonetheless, upon learning about it, Kapil urged me to enroll in IC 814. “Tu series kar, hum show push kar denge” was his statement to me.
“You do the series, we will push the show.” And thus, we decided to move our event to July. I would have turned down the show since I was already committed to him, but he persuaded me, and I appreciate that. Isn’t this what loyal friends do for one another?
He said, “I think we are each other’s biggest cheerleaders in life, whatever one does.” We have been like this for years—we are ecstatic when one of us succeeds. My credit was long overdue, Archana ji (Archana Puran Singh) said, beaming with happiness.
Additionally, she wrote a lengthy remark about us after seeing the concert. After a shot, Kapil, I recall, too watched the broadcast late at night and messaged Anubhav sir right away. The next morning, he gave me a call right away, sounding ecstatic and pleased. This, I believe, makes me really happy.
