On Tuesday, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra addressed a BJP accusation that the Congress is connected to George Soros.

In order to avoid bringing up the Adani problem in parliament, she said, the BJP is supposedly refocusing the discussion on George Soros.

“That is the most absurd idea they could have. They are discussing something that happened in 1994, but nobody has any documentation of it. Nobody has any idea what they are discussing. They are just acting in this way because they don’t want to talk about the Adani problem,” she said.

“We try every day to have a discussion, but they don’t want to have a discussion…that’s why they get the House adjourned through any reason..,” she said.

at the meanwhile, the opposition leaders demonstrated against Adani at the Parliament complex.

Congress MP Manickam Tagore responded to the government’s claim that the opposition was impeding the House by saying, “We have to understand that they attacked the Leader of the Opposition and said defamatory words in Parliament.” We are advocating for the expungement of the unparliamentary language used. Rahul Gandhi said that we want the Parliament to operate throughout today’s meeting as well.

Nishikant Dubey, a BJP MP, said that the opposition was preventing him from speaking and that his voice was being “suppressed.”
“The opposition is preventing me from speaking… my voice is being silenced…They’re afraid to talk about it. “They have consistently attempted to destroy the country,” Dubey said.

The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were postponed till noon on Tuesday, shortly after they met for the day at 11 a.m. Both houses were adjourned for the day since they were unable to accomplish anything in the second session.

Rahul Gandhi, the Lok Sabha LoP, and other opposition MPs protested the Adani issue in the Parliament building on Monday as well. Members of the Samajwadi Party and Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) did not participate in the demonstration, however. Supriya Sule, an MP for the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP-SP), did not attend the demonstration either.
