Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered prayers at Guruji Maharaj Temple in Isagarh, Madhya Pradesh
Isagarh: On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said prayers at the Guruji Maharaj Temple in Isagarh, Madhya Pradesh. PM Modi performed an aarti at the Guruji Maharaj Temple when he was there. He also took a visit of the Anandpur Dham temple complex.

Anandpur Dham was founded for charitable and spiritual reasons. Covering 315 hectares, it operates agricultural operations under the Shri Anandpur Trust campus and has a contemporary gaushala (cowshed) with more than 500 cows. The charity has been running schools in Sukhpur and Anandpur, a charitable hospital in Sukhpur village, and other Satsang Centres all throughout the nation.
This came after he visited Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, on Friday, when he laid the groundwork for and inaugurated a number of development projects totalling more than Rs 3880 crore.
When PM Modi arrived at his parliamentary constituency earlier in the day, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated him.
At the Varanasi International Airport, PM Modi laid the cornerstone for a road bridge connecting Varanasi Ring Road and Sarnath, flyovers at the city’s Bhikharipur and Manduadih crossings and a highway underpass road tunnel on NH-31 that would cost more than Rs 980 crore.
In the Varanasi division’s Jaunpur, Chandauli, and Ghazipur districts, the Prime Minister officially opened two 400 KV and one 220 KV transmission substations together with related transmission lines, totalling more than Rs 1,045 crore.
In addition, he laid the cornerstone for a 132 KV transmission substation in Ghazipur, a 220 KV transmission substation in Chaukaghat, Varanasi, and an expansion of the city’s power distribution system valued at more than Rs 775 crore.
For the first time in more than 70 years, PM Modi also gave older persons their Ayushman Vay Vandana cards. Additionally, he displayed Geographical Indication (GI) certifications for a number of regional goods and products, such as tiranga barfi, tabla, paintings, and thandai.
Speaking at a public gathering in Varanasi, Prime Minister Modi said that “this is the essence of development–bringing facilities closer to the people.” He also mentioned that modern hospitals that were previously only available in places like Delhi and Mumbai are now accessible close to people’s homes.
The Prime Minister emphasised that this effort guarantees free care for all senior people over 70, regardless of their income, recalling his pledge to provide free treatment for senior persons, which prompted the introduction of the Ayushman Vay Vandana plan.
Additionally, the Prime Minister gave incentives of more than Rs 105 crore to Uttar Pradesh milk providers connected to Banas Dairy.
