An official statement said that PM Modi would arrive in Prayagraj and offer puja and darshan at Sangam Nose at about 12:15 PM. Around 12:40 PM, puja at Akshay Vata Vriksh will take place, followed by darshan and puja at Saraswati Koop and Hanuman Mandir. The Prime Minister is expected to tour the Mahakumbh exhibition site at about 1:30 PM.

He will then inaugurate and begin a number of development projects in Prayagraj valued at over Rs6,670 crore at 2:00 PM.

According to the announcement, these efforts include a number of projects targeted at Mahakumbh 2025, including road and rail infrastructure like permanent ghats, riverside roadways, and ten new Road Over Bridges (RoBs) or flyovers. The goal of these initiatives is to provide smooth connection and upgrade Prayagraj’s infrastructure.

PM Modi will also launch initiatives to intercept, tap, redirect, and treat small drains that run into the Ganga as part of his pledge to keep the river clear and pure.

These steps will guarantee that no untreated water is released into the river. He will also officially launch a number of drinking water and electrical development projects.

Significant temple corridor projects, such as the Bharadwaj Ashram Corridor, Shringverpur Dham Corridor, Akshayvat Corridor, and Hanuman Mandir Corridor, will also be inaugurated by the prime minister. It is anticipated that these developments would increase spiritual tourism and improve accessibility for devotees.

The Kumbh Sah’AI’yak chatbot, which will provide devotees direction, updates, and event information, will also be introduced by PM Modi in support of Mahakumbh Mela 2025.
