Noida Police arrested the security in-charge and class teacher of a three and a half year old girl

Senior police officials said that a three-and-a-half-year-old daughter was reportedly sexually raped by a 30-year-old man at a prestigious Noida school many times in the first week of October. As a result, senior police officers detained the kid’s class teacher and security supervisor on Thursday night.

“The victim’s parents had gone to the police on October 10 to lodge a complaint against a 30-year-old suspect who works at the school’s housekeeping department. The victim was reportedly taken by the culprit to a remote area of the school, where he sexually attacked her, according to Ram Badan Singh, the deputy commissioner of police in Noida. According to the police, the school employed the suspect around a year ago.

“It was discovered throughout the inquiry that both the instructor and the security supervisor were aware of the occurrence. They were taken into custody on Thursday night when it became apparent that they were attempting to conceal the situation,” a senior police official said, requesting anonymity.

Authorities added that on October 10, the suspect was taken into custody in connection with a complaint filed under section 65(2)(rape) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act.

The assault occurrences occurred during the first week of October, according to the police. The three-and-a-half-year-old girl was reportedly taken by the 30-year-old male to a private area of the school, where he repeatedly sexually abused her.

We were told that October 1, 3, and 7 were the dates of the attacks. We looked through video from 25 CCTV cameras on all three occasions, but we were unable to locate any proof of the claimed assaults,” an unnamed police official involved in the inquiry said.

The investigator added, “Afterwards, when the survivor was taken to the hospital, doctors confirmed that she was sexually assaulted.” The suspect is from Weat Bengal.
After the parents brought their kid to the doctor, who informed them that the youngster had been sexually assaulted, the attack came to light.

After examining her, the doctor informed me that my daughter had been sexually abused. Our daughter informed us that two days before, someone had “pricked her with something” at school when we questioned her, according to the complaint.
