NCP-SP leader Supriya Sule said this on EVM hacking

Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) or NCP SP MP Supriya Sule said on Monday that they would want proof to support their claims of an EVM hack plot, which the Congress leaders made after the Mahayuti’s resounding victory in the 2024 Maharashtra general assembly elections. She promised to speak with Congress about the matter.

“I’ll talk to Congress. I’m now on my way to the INDIA alliance conference. For all of this, we need some proof. NCP SP Supriya Sule informed the journalists, “We are working on it; we will do it.” During the first winter session of Parliament, Sule was in Delhi.

DK Shivakumar, the deputy chief minister of Karnataka, said that he will also be visiting Delhi in a few days to talk about the purported breach of the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) during the Maharashtra assembly elections.

On that (EVM hack), G Parameshwara also made a statement. Leaders of the Shiv Sena (UBT) are also discussed. In a few days, I will go to Delhi as well. Since this is a matter of national significance, we will also talk about it. The whole globe is watching it, too. Let’s all have a look,” DK Shivakumar told reporters.

This comes after G Parameshwara, the senior Congress politician and Karnataka Home Minister, said that his party leaders were taken aback by the information they received on the selective “hacking” of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).

Party leaders, including former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, discussed the EVM issues and are planning to appeal to the Election Commission of India (ECI), according to Parameshwara, who is also the All India Congress Committee observer of the Maharashtra elections.

Prior to this, Sanjay Raut, a member of parliament for the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray), had voiced concerns on Saturday about the patterns that emerged from the Maharashtra assembly election vote count, claiming that the MVA had engaged in “gadbad” to steal seats. He said that these outcomes are being enforced since the Maharashtra people could not have made this choice.

“They have snatched a few of our chairs and committed some ‘gadbad’. The people cannot decide this. Even the general population disagrees with these findings. We’ll say more when the results are out. Money-counting devices were placed in each election seat. Would it be feasible for Shinde to get 60 seats, Ajit Pawar to receive 40, and the BJP to receive 125? This state’s citizens are not dishonest. “The people of Maharashtra have their faith in us,” Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut told reporters in Mumbai.

On Saturday, November 23, the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly General Election results were announced. Mahayuti won 230 seats out of 288 seats in the most recent Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections.

The Shiv Sena, headed by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and the NCP, led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, each won 57 seats and 41 seats, respectively, while the BJP secured 132 seats.

On the other hand, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) was rudely shocked when the Congress secured 16 seats, the NCP (SP) headed by Sharad Pawar managed barely 10, and the Shiv Sena (UBT) led by Uddhav Thackeray won 20 seats.
