According to the Ministry of Rural Development, other ministry officials attended the event, including Joint Secretary (Rural Livelihoods) Smriti Sharan, Secretary Shailesh Kumar, Additional Secretary Charanjit Singh (DAY-NRLM), and Ministers of State Kamlesh Paswan and Chandrasekhar Pemmasani.

According to Chouhan, the Saras Mela has become very compelling, attracting Delhi residents with the scent of traditional food made by women members of self-help groups. Despite the fact that our nation is so different in terms of languages, dress, customs, and food, we are all unified. India resembles a colorful bouquet with flowers of many hues blooming together, and our varied cuisine reflects these similar hues. According to the announcement, he recalled his trip to Jharkhand and mentioned Shab-e-Azam Amba, which translates to “delicious food.”

Adivasi Didi is in charge of it, and they provide traditional cuisine. Chouhan further stated how the sisters at Garhkaleva in Chhattisgarh served traditional meals. He praised the traditional cuisines of states like Bihar, Rajasthan, Punjab, Kerala, Karnataka, and others, saying that both our food and our life values are wonderful. This traditional dish is unique in that it has health benefits. The unique feature of this fair is that Didi’s, the aforementioned release, is in charge of running it.

Chouhan claimed to have established a Didi Cafe within the chief minister’s home while serving as Madhya Pradesh’s chief minister. “Those cafés are still operated by the Didis of Ajeevika Mission. The sisters take their profession very seriously. The sisters work hard to make sure their job is perfect. It is really an amazing accomplishment to have a Lakhpati Didi among them,” he said.

In a lyrical approach, Chouhan said that the times must change and that his goal is not to cause chaos but rather for this circumstance to change. Empowering women will transform India, build its society, and empower the nation. Our answer is justice for half the people. We’ll do all we can to keep going in that direction. We shall make every effort to go in this direction. According to the announcement, he congratulated the whole Saras Mela team and cordially urged Delhi residents to join the event.
