Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated the e-office implementation system from Samatva Bhawan of CM House
Bhopal: On Wednesday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the e-office implementation system from Samatva Bhawan at CM House. He said that the state government’s embrace of digitization is a major step toward effective governance.
On this day, the Chief Secretary’s office and the Chief Minister’s office both formally inaugurated the e-office system.
He also emphasized the state government’s dedication to promoting digitization in order to improve a number of public welfare initiatives that help the state’s young, farmers, women, and impoverished.
Madhya Pradesh’s embrace of digitalization is a major step in the direction of effective government. In order to improve interdepartmental collaboration, expedite public welfare programs, and facilitate better scheme execution, the state administration wants to put all of its systems online. According to CM Yadav, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also believes that digitization is crucial in the modern age to guaranteeing efficiency and transparency in government.
The CM emphasized that the project will be a significant step towards accomplishing the state’s good governance objectives.
“The state government is committed to advancing digitisation to enhance various public welfare programs aimed at benefiting the poor, women, farmers, and youth,” he said.
CM Yadav also conveyed his expectation that the people will benefit from the e-office system.
All departmental files will be handled digitally via the e-office system beginning January 1, 2025, taking the place of the current file system. Officers and staff from different departments have received training on the new system to guarantee a seamless transfer. According to an official announcement, departments are making every effort to deploy e-office in all sectors as quickly as possible with the goal of increased productivity and simplified procedures.
Additionally, CM Yadav wished and congratulated the officers and employees of the relevant departments on the e-office system’s debut.
