Kartiki Ekadashi 2024: Dr. Chandrakant Pulkundwar along with his wife Sayali Pulkundwar led the Government Grand Anushthan Puja
Kartiki Ekadashi 2024: The government’s big ceremonial worship for Kartiki Ekadashi was conducted by Divisional Commissioner Dr. Chandrakant Pulkundwar and his wife Sayali Pulkundwar. They prayed to Lord Panduranga for the devotees’ and Maharashtra’s people’s happiness, prosperity, and grace. celebrated Varkaris (devotees) participated in today’s devotion, which celebrated Maharashtra’s most revered god, Lord Vitthal-Rukmini. Executive Officer Rajendra Shelke, speaking on behalf of the Shri Vitthal Rukmini Temple Committee, then conducted a felicitation ceremony.
Chief Officer Prashant Jadhav, Kolhapur Region Police Inspector General Sunil Fulari, District Collector Kumar Ashirwad, CEO Kuldeep Jangam, Additional District Collector Monica Singh Thakur, Additional Superintendent of Police Pritam Yawalkar, Executive Officer Rajendra Shelke, Sub-Divisional Officer Sachin Ithape, Tehsildar Sachin Langute, and others were among the dignitaries in attendance.
Baburao Bagsari Sagar and Sagarbai Baburao Sagar, a couple from Udgir Taluka in Latur District, were chosen from the line of devotees to represent the Varkaris, and they were given particular recognition throughout the occasion. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Pulkundwar gave the Sagar couple, who are masons and have been devoted pilgrims for 14 years, a free bus ticket for the whole year from the State Transport Corporation. The temple committee also congratulated the honored Varkaris and Dr. Pulkundwar and his wife.
Manoj Shrotri, the manager of the temple committee, gave a thank-you speech at the end of the program, while Vinaya Kulkarni served as the event coordinator and anchor.
