Jr NTR: If Vetri Maaran sir calls me, I will do a straight Tamil film”
In preparation for the September 27 premiere of his next movie “Devara: Part 1,” Jr. NTR is now very busy promoting it. He went to a Chennai movie’s promotional event for the Tamil version. He last appeared with Ram Charan in the highly anticipated worldwide film “RRR” directed by SS Rajamouli in 2022.
He thanked everyone for their patience as they awaited the release of “Devara: Part 1” in theaters throughout the event.
Jr. NTR expressed his gratitude for being a member of the film’s core team and congratulated the actors and staff. When the movie opens on September 27, he urged viewers to honor their efforts. Jr. NTR concluded the event by talking about how Indian film has grown more cohesive despite linguistic divisions in the country, citing the success of “Baahubali.” He boldly said that he would appear in a Tamil movie if director Vetri Maaran contacted him when questioned about the possibility. The actor said, “I will do a straight Tamil film if Vetri Maaran sir calls.”

Janhvi Kapoor, who will be making her South Indian debut in “Devara: Part 1,” thanked the crowd in almost flawless Tamil. She spoke warmly about the renowned actress Sridevi, her mother, and said that some of her favorite memories of her were spent in Chennai. Thanking the crowd for their affection for her mother, Janhvi acknowledged that it had influenced who they were and were now. She pledged to put in a lot of effort to earn the same kind of love in hopes of receiving it.
In addition to Janhvi Kapoor and Jr. NTR, other attendees included director Koratala Siva, cinematographer Ratnavelu, art director Sabu Cyril, music director Anirudh Ravichander, and Kalaiyarasan.
Jr. NTR and Hrithik Roshan are now filming “War 2.”
