Jharkhand Assembly Election: Congress’ Rajesh Thakur said, “We will form an even stronger government.”
Jharkhand Assembly Election: Congressman Rajesh Thakur said on Saturday that the outcome of the poll will also highlight the outcome of their efforts prior to the 2024 Jharkhand assembly elections’ vote counting. He said that the state’s coalition will once again establish an even more powerful administration.
According to Thakur, “from what I understand, the result of the work we did will be out today,” and the findings will show whether or not people approved of the different solutions they gave.
Trends will begin to emerge in a short time. The outcomes of our effort will be released, as far as I can tell. The way we helped people by offering the Old Pension Scheme to workers, forgiving agricultural debts up to Rs 2 lakhs, giving the public free power up to 200 units, helping the old with pensions, and honoring women with the Maiya Samman Yojana. People’s approval of such plans will show in the outcomes,” Thakur said.
The previous head of the Jharkhand Congress said that they will reestablish a powerful administration in Jharkhand and provide government programs to the people for an additional five years.
“We think that Jharkhand’s future will be determined on this day. We think we will establish a government that is much more powerful. For the next five years, we will continue to present our plans to the public,” he said.
In response to the exit polls that gave the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) a lead in Jharkhand, Thakur said that although everyone has their own opinions, INDIA (or the INDI Alliance) was expected to win the state.
“I believe the person I’m mentioning will create the INDIA Alliance government. Everybody evaluates things differently. However, we perform an evaluation after five years of work in the field. Therefore, we think we’re regaining our influence,” the Congress leader said.
Babulal Marandi, a BJP politician, said confidently that the BJP-led NDA will get more than 51 seats and establish the state’s government, pointing to the previous administration’s corruption as the primary cause.
Speaking prior to the start of vote counting, Marandi said, “Look, regarding the government, we had some regrets, but after the elections, based on the feedback we received from grassroots-level workers, I can say with confidence that this time the BJP and the NDA alliance will secure 51-plus seats in Jharkhand, and the NDA will form the government here.”
