Jaipur police arrested several persons, including 11 Bangladeshi nationals
Jaipur: After learning that 11 citizens of Bangladesh were unlawfully residing close to the Bhagora Police Station area without proper identification, the Jaipur Police made multiple arrests. The arrests were verified by Amit Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur West, who said that authorities had learned of several Bangladeshi nationals’ unlawful presence in the Bhagora PS region.
After receiving the information, an investigation was initiated, which led to the arrest of many people. Eleven citizens of Bangladesh have been detained among those who were apprehended.
DCP Kumar went on to say that the arrests had been reported to the Bangladeshi government.

After an investigation, a number of persons were taken into custody.Eleven Bangladeshis were sent to a correctional facility. This has been communicated to the Bangladeshi government,” the spokesman said.
“The police department is still working to make sure that the region is free of unlawful settlements. The case is still being investigated,” DCP Kumar said.

Up to six Bangladeshi nationals were previously arrested in Karnataka on November 18 for unlawful infiltration and settlement close to Holalkere Road in Chitradurga city.
They were identified as Majharul, Azizul Shaik, Sanowar Hossain, Shek Saifur Rohaman, Muhammad Sakib Sikdar, and Muhammad Suman Husen Ali.
Six Bangladeshi nationals were arrested in the second phase of Dhavalagiri Layout on November 18 when the police were on patrol near Aravind Garments and White Wash Garments on Holalkere Road in Chitradurga City, according to an official police release.
“The aforementioned persons were confirmed to be Bangladeshi nationals after being questioned and having the papers they were carrying verified. According to the announcement, they had unlawfully entered India some years before with the goal of relocating here.
The phony Aadhaar cards, voter ID cards, labor cards, bank passbooks, PAN cards, and one passport that were discovered in their hands have been seized for further legal action, it said. The aforementioned people will be the target of legal action.
