According to a local, the pollution and visibility issues began three days ago.

“The pollution and visibility began around three days ago. It has really risen today. Speaking to media, the local said that the burning of the stubble may possibly be the cause.

In contrast to the previous two days, a thick layer of fog covered the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Agra, making it harder for the public to see the monument.

At 8 a.m., the Central Pollution Control Board reported that the city’s air quality was “moderate,” with a measurement of 148.

One tourist reported that it was difficult to see the monument. “I had come here from Gurgaon for the weekend,” the tourist told media report. But we are unable to view the Taj Mahal, which is hardly discernible.

Ankit, another visitor, said that although he could see the monument on his most recent visit, the visibility was decreasing due to shifting weather patterns.

“I traveled from Delhi to see the Taj Mahal. There’s no visibility, however. “The visibility was better around the same time last year,” he remarked.

The air quality in Delhi, the nation’s capital, remained problematic as the AQI fell into the “severe” category, providing major health risks such as respiratory disorders, ocular discomfort, and an elevated risk of cardiovascular concerns.

As of 8 a.m. on Saturday, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) reported that the city of Delhi was covered in a thick layer of haze, with an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 406.

Smog covers the whole region around Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), according to drone footage captured around 6:45 a.m.
