Haryana Police arrested one accused in the murder case of Congress worker Himani Narwal
Rohtak: According to authorities on Monday, Haryana authorities have detained one suspect in the murder case of Congressman Himani Narwal. On March 1, Himani Narwal’s corpse was discovered in a bag next to a Rohtak highway. A Special Investigation Task Force has been established by the police to look into Himani Narwal‘s murder.

“An SIT has been formed,” said Sampla DSP Rajneesh Kumar. Her phone has been found. We’re employing FSL and cyber. We’re looking at every possibility.”
The deceased resided alone in Haryana, according to DSP, while her family remained in Delhi.
The mother of the deceased employee made some startling claims. Savita, the daughter’s mother, blamed the election and the party for her daughter’s death, implying that Himani’s growing influence inside the party had made her enemies.
Himani’s mother, Savita, claims that her daughter was home on February 28 and had been threatened. According to Savita, some people were envious of Himani’s tight ties to well-known Congress figures like Rahul Gandhi and the Hooda family.
“My daughter died because of the election and the party. She gained several enemies as a result. These (the offenders) can be her pals or members of the party. She was at home on February 28, according to Savita.
“With reference to the event, the police station called us. Asha Hooda, the wife of Bhupinder Singh Hooda, was extremely close to my daughter. “Until she receives justice, I will not perform her final rites,” she said.
Bhupinder Singh Hooda, a senior Congress lawmaker, denounced the occurrence, pointing to a breakdown of law and order in Haryana, which he says has the worst rate of crimes against women in the nation.
“The experience is quite unpleasant. Haryana’s law and order situation is collapsing. When it comes to crimes against women, Haryana leads the nation. “As soon as possible, the incident should be investigated,” Hooda said.
Regarding the suspected murder of the Congress Party worker, Hooda also blasted the BJP-led state administration, calling for a prompt probe and severe penalties for anyone responsible, irrespective of their membership. He said that he has spoken with the Superintendent of Police and is in contact with police officers, who expressed optimism that they would soon discover hints.
“As quickly as possible, the issue should be looked into. I have communication with the police officers. I spoke to SP as well. By the end of the day, they expect to have some hints. I advised them to look into this and to punish those responsible as severely as possible,” Hooda said.
