Gandhinagar: According to a press release on Monday, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel opened a Light and Sound Show at the Hatkeshwar Temple in Vadnagar. At a cost of Rs 5.53 crore, Gujarat Tourism Corporation Limited has created a cutting-edge Light and Sound Show to provide devotees who are visiting the Hatkeshwar Temple a better knowledge of its historic past.

According to the statement, during the three-day Mahotsav being conducted in Vadnagar, the chief minister officially opened the Light and Sound Show, the Suvarna Shikhar, the flag hoisting, and the recently built Yajna Shala.
Patel participated fervently in the Shiva Panchayat Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav on this particular day. He honored Suvarna Shikhar’s donor family, worshiped Hatkeshwar Mahadev, and carried out the rites.
According to the Chief Minister, the Archaeological Experiential Museum, Kirti Toran, Sharmishtha Lake, Tanariri Park, Buddhist Monastery, and Theme Park are just a few of the heritage sites that have made Vadnagar, the hometown of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a popular destination for both domestic and foreign tourists.
An amazing new element has been introduced to this attraction today: a cutting-edge light and sound show that tells the mythical tale of the famous and old Hatkeshwar Mahadev.
According to the chief minister, the Hatkeshwar Mahadev Temple in Vadnagar is a well-known pilgrimage destination in Gujarat with unmatched religious and historical importance.
The ‘Nagar khand’ and ‘Skanda Puran’ both recount the ancient history of the Hatkeshwar Mahadev Temple, which is said to be the location where Lord Shiva came to earth from Pataal Lok.
Respected as the ruling god of the Nagar group, the Hatkeshwar Mahadev Temple is a major religious site around the globe.
With its magnificent hall and elaborate sculptures that portray the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu as well as scenes from the Pandavas’ Aranya Vas (forest exile), the temple’s old architecture captivates worshipers with its exquisite beauty.
Thousands of devotees, including those from the Nagar group, go to Hatkeshwar Mahadev every year, both from India and elsewhere.
The Tourism Department has recently arranged a unique Light and Sound Show at the location to provide a deeper comprehension of the temple’s illustrious past.
He said that by introducing devotees to Hatkeshwar Mahadev’s colorful past, this event will deepen the spirituality and significance of their pilgrimage.
Today, the prime minister’s hometown is a popular travel destination for both domestic and international travelers.
According to the chief minister, almost six lakh people came to Vadnagar this year and learned about the town’s mythical and historical importance.
The sixth pilgrimage site in the state to have a Light and Sound Show is the Hatkeshwar Temple in Vadnagar.
Through the Light and Sound Show, millions of people may enjoy the rich history and majesty of pilgrimage sites like Somnath, Ambaji, Shamlaji, and Modhera, as well as international tourist destinations like the Statue of Unity and Dhordo in Kutch.
To continue this tradition for visitors, Gujarat Tourism Corporation Limited, under the direction of the chief minister, has launched the Light and Sound Show at the Hatkeshwar Temple in Vadnagar.
