GATE 2025: IIT Roorkee releases new date for registration, check here
GATE 2025: The registration procedure for Gate 2025 has been postponed by the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. The August 24, 2025, start date for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering registration has been rescheduled to August 28, 2024. The standard online registration/application procedure will close on September 26, 2024, without a late charge, according the updated timetable. October 7, 2024 is the deadline for completing the extended online registration and application procedure with a late charge.
The dates of the GATE 2025 test remain unchanged. The test will be held in two sessions, in the afternoon and the afternoon on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. The examination will consist of thirty test papers and be administered entirely online. All of the GATE 2025 exam questions will be objective in nature and written in English.
Only one or two exam papers may be taken by candidates. The list on the official website must be used to choose the two test paper choices.
GATE 2025: Application Process
Candidates may apply for the GATE 2025 by following the instructions provided below.
• Go to gate2025.iitr.ac.in, the IIT GATE official website.
• Select the registration link for GATE 2025 from the homepage.
• Fill out the registration form and press the submit button.
• Complete the application and send in the required fees.
• To download the confirmation page, click submit.
• Save a physical copy of it in case you need it later.
Application fees:
For applicants in the female, SC, ST, and PWD categories, the application cost is ₹900 for a normal term and ₹1400 for an extended period. The application cost for other applicants is ₹2300 for an extended term and ₹1800 for a normal time. Applicants may see further relevant information on the GATE official website.
