G Kishan Reddy: Expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the inauguration of Cherlapally Railway Terminal
Medchal-Malkajgiri: Union Minister and Telangana BJP chairman G Kishan Reddy thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the Cherlapalli Railway Terminal was inaugurated, stating that the terminal will be crucial to Telangana’s growth.
“The newly opened Cherlapalli Railway Terminal will be crucial to Telangana’s development,” said G Kishan Reddy. There would be less traffic in places like Hyderabad. You don’t have to go to Hyderabad. On the outskirts, passengers may disembark from the train and go to respective communities. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Prime Minister Modi have my gratitude.
According to Union Minister V. Somanna, Railways has worked hard to make the Cherlapalli Railway Terminal famous.
D. Sridhar Babu, the minister for Telangana, said, “This will prove to be one of the tools for the economic growth engine, and trying to modernize the railway stations is one of the good ideas that the central government has taken, and we request the central government to take up the new railway lines.”

PM Modi discussed the new sleeper version of the Vande Bharat train, which he says successfully operated at a speed of 180 km/h during testing, while essentially laying the foundation stone and launching many railway projects for Telangana, Odisha, and Jammu & Kashmir. The Prime Minister said that the country as a whole, not just himself, is proud of the developments in India’s railway infrastructure.
At an estimated cost of Rs 413 crore, the Charlapalli New Terminal Station in Telangana’s Medchal-Malkajgiri district was constructed as a new coaching terminal with a second access.
Congestion at the city’s current coaching terminals, such as Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and Kacheguda, would be reduced by an eco-friendly terminal with excellent passenger facilities.
