FICCI FLO event: This is why Tripti Dimri faced criticism from women entrepreneurs
FICCI FLO event: After missing a planned FICCI FLO event in Jaipur, women entrepreneurs have been criticizing Triptii Dimri, who lately became well-known with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. Claiming she degraded her films, organizers accused her of accepting an advance payment of Rs 5 lakh for her attendance and threatened to boycott her flicks. Triptii’s team responded with a statement that she never promised to show up for any events.
Further fueling the debate was a video that official Instagram of FICCI FLO found showing Triptii verifying her attendance at the occasion.
She said in the video, “I am delighted to announce Shakti, honoring the power and vitality of women, would be a part of the FICCI FLO event team. I appreciate you hosting this event, Ms. Raghushri Poddar, chairman of FICCI FLO Jaipur branch. See everything tomorrow at 12:00.

Social media users expressed their displeasure with Tripti
Social media users voiced their displeasure with Triptii once the video went live, calling her and her staff disrespectful. One user said, “Tripti and her crew is so sleazy. First they themselves validate it today in order to save face. Such unprofessionalism shown by Tripti and her colleagues.”
Some, however, supported Triptii, implying the competency of the planners was as dubious. “The professionalism of these women is 0, nahi aayi toh kya hua, spoiled the whole event?” one defense said. And calling yourself Nari Shakti and blatantly disparaging another woman? Good for Tripti she skipped; Pesudo Feminist would want to mingle with these hooligans.”
Threatening legal action for not following through on your promise
One organizer earlier said she was informed over the phone that Triptii would be arriving soon but finally did not show up. This resulted in dissatisfaction and legal action threats directed against the actress for failing her promise. The organisers urged Jaipur to shun Triptii as well as her next movie, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.
Tripti Dimri fully honors her professional commitments
Triptii Dimri’s team responded to the allegations in a statement, “During the continuous promotional campaign for her film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, Triptii Dimri completely honored her professional commitments, attending all planned events and sessions relevant to the film. She notably did not commit to or engage in any personal appearances or activities outside of her promotional responsibilities. Spokesperson to Ms Triptii Dimri: “It’s important to clarify that no extra fees or payments were accepted for her involvement in these activities.”
