Eijaz Khan said this about his role in Shahrukh Khan starrer ‘Jawaan’
Actor Eijaz Khan, who has made a smooth transition from television to movies and over-the-top (OTT) platforms, spoke about his experiences and important lessons from Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan.
The Tanu Weds Manu star told media that working on Jawan, which was helmed by Atlee, had raised his bar. “The film has spoilt me, and now I always strive to do something better and better,” he said.
In addition to Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, and Sanchari Bhattacharya, the ensemble cast of the movie included Shah Rukh Khan in the main role.
“Manish Gaikwad,” the brother of Vijay Sethupathi’s character, was played by Eijaz Khan. “I was a part of history,” Eijaz said in response to the film’s popularity. It everything seemed unreal, like a dream. I became spoiled. After accomplishing that, you constantly want to do something even greater. Voh karne ke baad.
“One thing I learned from the film is that even if you are supremely talented, the people who truly succeed in touching the hearts of millions of people are those who never settle for the fame and fortune they have,” Eijaz wrote as he shared his main conclusions from the movie. They continue to put in more and more effort.
He went on to say, “They never stop working (unki mehnat jaari rehti hai).” They feel even more pressure to put in more effort and create better work after each accomplishment.
Alongside Rahul Dev and Manoj Joshi, Eijaz Khan most recently starred in the OTT movie Zabt. Prasar Bharati’s over-the-top (OTT) platform Waves offers the film for streaming.
The narrative centers on the aspirational and intelligent character of Eijaz Khan, who relocates to Mumbai. He borrows money from a criminal to buy real estate, but he is robbed. The movie explores his previous secrets and his attempt to get the money back.
