Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met President Draupadi Murmu and invited her to attend Maha Kumbh 2025

Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, visited President Droupadi Murmu on Sunday in New Delhi and extended an invitation to her to attend the 2025 Maha Kumbh.

The Chief Minister also invited Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar to Prayagraj for the 2025 Maha Kumbh.

The invitation letter, the Maha Kumbh 2025 sign and logo, an urn, Maha Kumbh-related literature, a New Year table calendar, and a journal were all given to the dignitaries by CM Yogi.

In order to invite dignitaries to the Maha Kumbh, which will take place in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26, 2025, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath came to Delhi on Saturday.

He met with Mizoram Governor General VK Singh, BJP National President and Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda, former President Ram Nath Kovind, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday. Additionally, CM Yogi gave all of the dignitaries Maha Kumbh-related presents.

CM Yogi thanked the dignitaries for their important time and shared a photo of his meeting with them on his ‘X’ account on Sunday as well.

Prior to the Maha Kumbh, CM Yogi and his ministers are traveling to many states and extending invitations to dignitaries and members of the public.

Maha Kumbh 2025 would be historic, according to Uttar Pradesh Minister Jaiveer Singh, who also said that stringent preparations are in place.

“The Maha Kumbh will be heavenly, magnificent, historic, and majestic. The globe will establish a new record. No one will have any issues since strict procedures have been made,” Singh told the media report.

According to a press release, Uttar Pradesh Tourism will captivate visitors to Maha Kumbh 2025 with a breathtaking drone display that highlights legendary stories associated with Prayagraj and the Maha Kumbh. 2,000 drones will light up the sky above Sangam Nose as part of the performance, which will commemorate the start and end of the renowned religious event.

The drone display will take place at the Sangam Nose at the event’s opening and closure, according to District Tourism Officer Aparajita Singh. The fabled stories of “Prayag Mahatmyam” and the Mahakumbh will come to life thanks to a fleet of around 2,000 lit drones. “Amazing visual narrative in the evening skies will be created by the spectacular show, which will depict iconic events like the mythical Samudra Manthan (ocean churning) and the emergence of the Amrit Kalash (Nectar Pot),” she said.

Every twelve years, the Maha Kumbh will be conducted in 2025 from January 13 to February 26. Under the direction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department is aiming to provide tourists fresh and thrilling experiences as preparations come to a close.
