Brigadier Madan Sheel Sharma today presented the Armed Forces flag to Himachal Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu on the occasion
On the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, Brigadier Madan Sheel Sharma, the director of the Sainik Welfare Department, pinned the military flag on Himachal Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Saturday.
Additionally, the Chief Minister made a donation to the Armed Welfare Fund.
Since this money was used to support the welfare of active and retired military personnel, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu requested the people of the State to make substantial contributions.
MLA Harish Janartha and Health and Sainik Welfare Minister Dr. (Col.) Dhani Ram Shandil were also in attendance.
Sukhu expressed his pride in the courageous warriors who defended the nation in a post on social network X.
“Today, on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, Director, Sainik Welfare Department, Brigadier Madan Sheel Sharma dedicated the Armed Forces Flag (Badge).”
He made a donation to the Armed Welfare Fund at this time and made a kind call for donations to support the welfare of active and retired military personnel.
