Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Satish Upadhyay praised the work done by Delhi ministers
New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Satish Upadhyay praised the work being done and reassured the public that the government was established to “give results, end problems.” This comes as several Delhi ministers, including Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, are in “full action mode,” attending meetings and inspecting different parts of the nation’s capital.

He took aim at the Aam Aadmi Party, which controlled Delhi for ten years, and said that the way the ministers have been operating since the government’s establishment shows the difference between the AAP and the BJP.
“This is how the AAP and the BJP governments differ from one another. This government was established with the intention of working, providing results to the populace, and resolving issues in people’s lives. You may have seen that our Chief Minister has been actively involved from the first day. Upadhyay told ANI, “All of our ministers are working on their departments, evaluating situations and providing directives to the officers wherever they have to do any work.”
He said that more ministers would visit the regions they represent and work to address the issues facing the populace.
“In a similar manner, our MLAs are also visiting certain locations, examining the situation, and directing the officials. I’m traveling to my communities and resolving the public’s issues. The Prime Minister has given us all the dream of a developed Delhi, and we will all work together to realize it,” he said.
Rekha Gupta, the chief minister of Delhi, visited Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his home earlier today. On February 20, the PM, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and many other NDA leaders attended the oath-taking ceremony at Ramlila Maidan, where they had previously met.
She also met with representatives of the Public Works Department (PWD) to talk about repairing any damaged roads and enhancing the nation’s capital’s infrastructure.
“Chief Minister @gupta_rekha held a meeting with the officials of the PWD department in the direction of improving the infrastructure of Delhi and also discussed in detail all the issues related to the dug up roads, damaged roads and traffic in Delhi and gave directions to the concerned officials,” according to the Delhi BJP’s X post.
In the meanwhile, Parvesh Verma, the PWD minister for Delhi, inspected the department’s projects from Bhairon Marg to Sarai Kale Khan, Ring Road.
He spoke with a variety of authorities and residents throughout his inspection in order to hear their complaints and resolve the issues.
In front of reporters, Verma said to the official, “Even though the official time is five years, you (the official) make sure it is good for ten to fifteen years.”
The minister was seen questioning an official about how traffic congestion is managed during road closures and about the 4-kilometer section of road that is being repaired. The officer told Verma that the work is done mostly at night and per lane.
