Andhra Pradesh: Alluri finds the stolen APSRTC bus from Anakapalle
Andhra Pradesh: On Monday, an Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus that had been reported stolen from the Anakapalli district was found in the Alluri district.
According to authorities, a guy has been arrested for allegedly stealing the car.
Officials and employees were astonished when the bus, which was run out of the Narsipatnam depot, was taken on Sunday night, according to police.
The bus was parked at the depot for repair after making all of its planned journeys to Tuni. But when it was subsequently discovered gone, officials were alarmed.
The bus driver reported the event right away to the owner and depot manager.
Inspector Govindaraju of Narsipatnam Circle said, “We received a complaint this morning from a person named Raju regarding a parked bus that had been missing since the early hours of Monday.”
After he told the Superintendent of Police about it, three teams were assembled, and an investigation was started. According to Govindaraju, the bus was discovered abandoned on the road that leads to Chintapalli in the district of Alluri.
In relation to the theft, a guy has been arrested and a complaint has been filed. “We are investigating it further,” he said.
