Allahabad High Court administration transferred 12 judicial officers at the district judge level

In a statement sent by Registrar General Rajeev Bharti, the Allahabad High Court administration announced the transfer of 12 judicial officials at the District Judge level on Friday.

Akhilesh Kumar Pathak, the Chief Family Judge of Gazipur, was given the same position in Maharajganj, while Ramesh Chandra, the Chief Family Judge of Siddharthnagar, was transferred to Barabanki to serve as the Presiding Officer of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT).

Mahendra Singh III, the Chief Family Judge of Bulandshahr, has been moved to the MACT in Firozabad, and Ashok Kumar Navam, the Chief Family Judge of Farrukhabad, will now be the Presiding Officer of the MACT in Sonbhadra. Sudhir Kumar IV, who was formerly the Presiding Officer of the Commercial Court No. 1 in Agra, will now be in command of the MACT in Hathras, while Vipin Kumar I, the Chief Family Judge of Agra, will assume leadership as the Presiding Officer of the MACT in Mahoba.

Former Mahoba MACT Presiding Officer Rajesh Kumar Singh has been moved to Hardoi to serve in the same capacity. The Chief Family Judge of Aligarh, Manoj Kumar Agarwal, will now preside over the MACT in Jaunpur.

Vishwambar Prasad, who was formerly the MACT’s Presiding Officer in Mau, will now be the Chief Family Judge of Bulandshahr, while Bhagwan Dayal Bharti, the Chief Family Judge of Kushinagar, has been appointed as the Chief Family Judge of Lakhimpur Kheri. Randhir Singh, the Chairman of the Commercial Tax Tribunal in Lucknow, will now be the Chief Family Judge of Aligarh after Tripta Chaudhary, the Chief Family Judge of Lakhimpur Kheri, was moved to Agra in the same role.

Last but not least, Shamshul Haq, the MACT’s Hardoi Presiding Officer, has been sent to Fatehpur as the Chief Family Judge.

The goal of this judicial officer reorganization is to improve the state’s court system’s operational and administrative structure.
