Aditi and Siddharth got married in this 400 year old temple

As originally revealed to Vogue India in our Wedding Book earlier this month, Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth recently tied the knot in a small ceremony. According to Hydari, “the wedding will be centred around a 400-year-old temple in Wanaparthy that is of significance to my family.” Wearing Sabyasachi masterpieces for the event, the pair chose a classic elegance.

Aditi Rao Hydari wore a Benarasi tissue dupatta from the Sabyasachi Heritage Textile collection’s archives along with a handwoven Maheshwari tissue lehenga. The glittering attire looked stunning with the golden blouse accessorised with magnificent gold and ruby jewels, a stunning white mogra gajra, and a royal touch. The groups beautifully honored their South Indian heritage.

Siddharth matched Aditi’s modest elegance by dressing in a traditional dhoti and veshti, as well as a classic white silk kurta with elegant, delicate embroidery. His appearance was understated yet elegantly traditional.
