A truck carrying raw material caught fire in Telangana Medchal-Malkajgiri district

Medchal-Malkajgiri: According to a fire officer, a truck transporting raw materials caught fire in the Medchal-Malkajgiri area of Telanagan on Wednesday evening. There were no recorded fatalities from the event.

Within the boundaries of Hyderabad’s Jeedimetla Police Station, the event was reported.

The fire official said that the truck’s collision with a high-tension cable caused the fire to start.

“The tires of the truck burst and the fire spread due to the presence of turpentine oil,” said the officer.

According to the official, the truck was completely damaged in the fire event, and the estimated loss was Rs 9 lakhs. “There was no loss of life.”

In order to suppress the fire, two fire tenders were sent out.
