The intricate subjects that the next season will address are hinted at by this enigmatic statement.
Additionally, HBO emphasizes the quest for peace as a major topic, stating, “Seeking peace can be a trip.”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mike White has previously said that the next episodes would be a “satirical and funny look at death and eastern religion and spirituality,” while storyline specifics for the third season are being kept under wraps.
Season three continues the trend established by its predecessors, which focused on sex in season two and riches in season one.
A varied mix of visitors and staff members get embroiled in a web of drama over the course of a week at the upscale Thai resort where the narrative is set.
‘White Lotus’ actress Natasha Rothwell is among the all-star ensemble cast members introduced in the approximately 90-second teaser.
Rothwell will return to her position as the first-season Hawaii spa manager, Belinda Lindsey.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Carrie Coon, Scott Glenn, Walton Goggins, Leslie Bibb, Michelle Monaghan, and Parker Posey are among the other noteworthy cast members.
Along with other newcomers like Jason Isaacs, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Aimee Lou Wood, Lisa Manobal, a member of the K-pop group Blackpink and an international pop star, makes her acting debut in the series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Along with newbies Francesca Corney, Arnas Fedaravicius, and Morgana O’Reilly, the eclectic ensemble also features Thai performers Dom Hetrakul and Tayme Thapthimthong.
The series’ creator, writer, and director Mike White will rejoin David Bernad and Mark Kamine as executive producers.
