“Everyone has an obligation to defend the Constitution. The Constitution protects us and lays forth our future (PDA parivaar). The ‘PDA parivaar’ is in charge of defending the constitution. The nation’s disparity has escalated as a result of the government’s decision. In the nation’s capital, Akhilesh Yadav told reporters that secularism should be reinforced.

The SP president went on to claim that the BJP is using the “One Nation One Election” as a “jugaad” to win the polls.

Only the center will control indirectly, according to SP Leader ST Hasan, who also claimed that there is a massive conspiracy behind the One Nation One Election.

“In our nation, that is not feasible. It’s the result of a massive conspiracy… Only the center will govern indirectly.Their goal is to amend the Constitution. The phrase “One Nation, One Constitution” refers to a single civil court. You’ll say “One Nation, One Culture” tomorrow, then “One Nation, One Religion” the day after. “All of the elections cannot be held at the same time,” Hasan said.

A special debate on the 75th anniversary of the Constitution’s adoption is about to start, and during the debate, newly elected Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is probably going to give her first statement in the Lok Sabha. The discussion will probably be started by Rajnath Singh, the minister of defense.

An important step in the election process was taken on Thursday when the Union Cabinet approved the ‘One Nation, One Election’ law in the parliament.

On November 25, the winter Parliament’s first session began, but because to interruptions, both Houses were adjourned somewhat early. The winter session is scheduled to conclude on December 20.
