“We are conducting the survey for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and our criteria has ten things included,” Rabi Narayan Naik told the media on Thursday. We started by raising awareness in each panchayat, informing people about the survey, launching a mobile app, uploading the information of the poor, including widows and those with special needs, and taking into account the wages of the people. The department will get the list in two months in this manner. The department will then carry out another survey. Following that, plans would be put in place to provide the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

The ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana’ is giving shelter to millions of homeless households, according to a news statement sent by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami earlier in November.

CM Dhami said that the state government is also providing support in addition to the center, pointing out that thousands of individuals in Uttarakhand have received pucca homes under the program.

In Uttarakhand, more than 34,000 homes have been constructed so far under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for All (Urban). According to the announcement, the state government and the Center have also inked a contract for the scheme’s second phase, which will allow participants to receive further financial awards.

All homeless households residing in urban areas are given homes under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana homes for All (Urban). Under four components, homeless households with yearly earnings between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 18 lakh are eligible for a subsidy or grant for the building of houses.

The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) was introduced by the Indian government in April 2016 with the goal of building 2.95 crore homes with basic facilities in rural regions in order to fulfill the “Housing for All” aim.
