“The nation is developing and evolving under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution’s adoption, the people of my nation have joined me in this padayatra,” Mandaviya stated.

The Vice President of India launched the ‘Hamara Samvidhan Hamara Samman’ campaign on January 24, 2024, at the Dr. BR Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi. The initiative seeks to increase public knowledge of legal rights and constitutional interpretation. In order to boost participation and inclusion, it was determined that the campaign should be coordinated at the regional level going forward.

As a result, on March 9, 2024, at Bikaner, Rajasthan, Chief Justice of India Justice DY Chandrachud officially opened the inaugural regional tournament.

The Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, had previously launched the campaign on November 19 under the Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice (DISHA) program.
The IIT Guwahati auditorium served as the venue for the event.

To commemorate the 15 female members of the Constituent Assembly who were instrumental in drafting the Indian Constitution, saplings were planted. Their contributions to the historic establishment of the Indian Republic will be highlighted by this gesture.

Additionally, the Samvidhan Katta magazine was introduced, with 75 tales that highlight the significance of the Constitution in day-to-day living as well as first-hand recollections from participants and stakeholders in the legal assistance programs of Nyaya Bandhu and Tele Law.

Additionally, a unique comic book was published that told the true tales of ten recipients who have used these programs to protect their constitutional rights in an eye-catching way.
