After the victory of Mahayuti, Piyush Goyal said this about the people of Maharashtra
The people of Maharashtra backed PM Modi’s outstanding work, and Union Minister Piyush Goyal called Mahayuti’s victory in Maharashtra a “good message” to forward the objective of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s prosperous India 2047.
Additionally, Piyush Goyal pointed out that the Maharashtra populace has rejected the Congress party’s and the Maha Vikas Aghadi’s (MVA) appeasing policy.
“Under Prime Minister Modi’s direction, the BJP-Mahayuti has triumphed handily once again. “This victory is a good message to further advance Maharashtra’s development and accelerate the goal of Prime Minister Modi’s developed India 2047,” Piyush Goyal told the reporters.
He said that the result demonstrated that the public had backed the commendable efforts of leaders such as Ajit Pawar, Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He went on, “I thank all the voters,”
Notably, the Maharashtra assembly election was won by the governing Mahayuti coalition. With the support of its partners, the Shiv Sena and NCP, the BJP-led Mahayuti coalition recorded a resounding win.
The NCP, headed by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, won 41 seats, the Shiv Sena, led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, got 57 seats, while the BJP took home 132 seats. There are 288 assembly seats in the state.
The Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), on the other hand, was rudely shaken when the Congress secured 16 seats, the NCP (SP) headed by Sharad Pawar only managed 10, and the Shiv Sena (UBT) led by Uddhav Thackeray won 20 seats.
With 133 of the 148 seats it ran for in Maharashtra, the BJP had an incredible strike rate. The NCP and Shiv Sena, the party’s partners, also enjoy excellent strike rates.
On November 20, Maharashtra conducted its legislative elections.
Following the party-led Mahayuti’s overwhelming victory in the Maharashtra assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the festivities at the BJP headquarters, declaring that the people of the state had triumphed against “negative and parivarvad politics.”
Speaking to party members at the BJP headquarters, Prime Minister Modi said that the Congress cannot win elections by itself.
Congress is becoming a parasitic party that finds it more and more difficult to build a government on its own. In addition to sinking its own ship, Congress also wrecks its allies’ ships. The similar phenomenon has been seen in Maharashtra today as well,” he remarked.
