Kalpana Soren said this big thing on the victory of JMM alliance in Jharkhand
Kalpana Soren, the Gandey party candidate and wife of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, thanked the people on Saturday for their tremendous support as the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha-led Mahagathbandhan seems set to hold onto power in the state.
She underlined Hemant Soren’s commitment to serve the state and underlined that the administration is really “of the people”.
“The people of Jharkhand are represented by this government, which is the Abua government. The populace has declared their steadfast belief in Hemant Soren. In the future, Hemant ji will put in even more effort than he did in the past, when he served Jharkhand as a brother and a son,” Kalpana told the media.
The Election Commission of India’s most recent statistics shows that Kalpana is ahead of Muniya Devi of the BJP by more than 16,960 votes in the seat.
The Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (Liberation)-CPI(ML)(L) won two seats, the JMM won 22 seats and had a 12-seat lead until 6:45 p.m., the Congress won 11 seats and held a 5-seat lead, and the RJD won two seats and held a 2-seat lead. The BJP has gained 15 seats and is leading in six of them, while its coalition partners, AJSU, JD(U), and LJP (RV), have each won one seat.
Himanta Biswa Sarma, the election in-charge for Jharkhand for the Bharatiya Janta Party, voiced disappointment on Saturday that the NDA was lagging behind the INDIA coalition in the state.
Sarma posted on social network X, saying, “Even though we won all five of the Assamese by-elections, the defeat in Jharkhand is really sad for me personally. I have seen our Karyakartas in Jharkhand put up their best effort during this election with unshakable commitment and perseverance.”
Sarma reiterated that the BJP ran for office in Jharkhand in order to guide the state toward development and meet the hopes of young people and students. The loss was acknowledged “humbly” by him.
“We battled with the goal of defending the state against invasion and guiding it toward progress while realizing the dreams of young people and students. But because it is the real meaning of democracy, we must respectfully accept the people’s will. “We will stand firmly with our Karyakartas, offering them unwavering support and solidarity in these difficult times,” Sarma said on X.
Sarma commended Hemant Soren, the leader of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, on winning the election’s popular vote.
“Jharkhand has seen an outstanding win for JMM and its supporters. I want to sincerely congratulate Shri @HemantSorenJMM and his whole team on this accomplishment. I have no doubt that Jharkhand would go forward and thrive under his direction,” Sarma said.
The JMM took 30 seats, the BJP 25 seats, and the Congress 16 seats in the 2019 elections.
