Giriraj Singh: People have wiped out Lalu Prasad in UP

Speaking on the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) success in the impending results for Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan, Union Minister Giriraj Singh said on Saturday that Lalu Prasad had been completely wiped out by the people of Uttar Pradesh.

“We accept the results in Jharkhand,” he told the journalists. However, Lalu Prasad has been completely wiped out by the voters in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Lalu ka saaf kar diya hain thopda ka. When they lose, the opposition will claim that the EVMs are flawed. We’ll hold off till the results are in. Maharashtra mein haar gayi toh EVM par sawaal, agar Congress Telangana mein jeet gayi toh balle balle.”

“The two-third majority NDA received in Maharashtra clearly shows that people have rejected Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar,” he said in reference to the state’s results. The striking rate for the BJP is at over 87%. The BJP has almost 60% of the seats in Maharashtra.

Jay Pawar, the son of Ajit Pawar, had praised the electorate for their trust in the Yuti coalition and promised that the coalition will strive to keep its pledges.

Jay Pawar said, “I am rather pleased with the outcome. Since everyone has once again trusted the Mahayuti, I would want to take this opportunity to thank all of our voters. We shall all collaborate to advance the state and our Taluka during the next five years.Since they are aware of Dada’s contributions to the Taluka, the Baramatikars, who are all members of my family, respect him just as much in the Vidhan Sabha as they did Saheb during the Lok Sabha elections.

As of 2:15 PM, the Mahayuti coalition has won 8 seats and taken the lead in more than 220 constituencies in Maharashtra, surpassing the critical majority threshold.

The Election Commission of India reports that as of 2:20 pm, the BJP is in the lead in six seats in Uttar Pradesh: Kundarki, Ghaziabad, Khair, Phulpur, Katehari, and Majhawan.While Jayant Chuadhary’s RLD holds the Meerapur seat, the Samajwadi party is ahead in Sishamau and Karhal.In 15 states, 48 assembly seats and two Lok Sabha seats were up for grabs in the by-elections. Notable races took place in Uttar Pradesh and Wayanad, Kerala, where Congress politician Priyanka Gandhi Vadra made her first appearance in the political process.

According to ECI, as of 2:40 pm, the BJP is leading in 22 seats in Jharkhand, while the JMM is leading in 33 seats.
