Actress Munmun Sen’s husband Bharat Dev Varma died today at his residence

Bharat Dev Varma, the husband of actor Moon Moon Sen and the father of Raima and Riya Sen, died on Tuesday at his home in Kolkata.

Mamata Banerjee, the chief minister of West Bengal, expressed her sorrow on her X account. “I’m saddened by the passing of Bharat Dev Varma, who was a great well-wisher of mine and the husband of movie star Moon Moon Sen,” she tweeted. He did show me a lot of love and affection, and I will always cherish the memories he left me.

His passing is a huge loss to me since he really thought of me as a member of his family. I went to their home in Ballygunge, where their daughter Riya was present, after receiving the news this morning. Raima and Moon Moon are traveling from Delhi. I offered my sympathies to the family and paid my respects to the deceased.

Mamata also paid a sympathy visit to their home in Kolkata.

The TMC leader told the reporters in a video posted on her official social media website that Moon Moon and Raima were in Delhi when the news broke and were hurrying back to Kolkata. Additionally, Bharat Dev Varma seemed to be in excellent health, according to Mamata.

“Moon Moon and I chatted. She didn’t know. He was a very good man. I lost a family member and well-wisher. I lost a personal loved one. Here are the local council members. As soon as Moon Moon comes, the cops are to establish a green lane. As far as I know, he wasn’t ill. They held a party two nights ago.
